Nonprofit boards are facing many challenges including economic uncertainty, inflation, rising costs, workforce shortages, cyber threats, and falling endowments. This is often occurring along with an increase in the demand for services. Board performance is a critical factor in the ability of a nonprofit organization to accomplish its goals and achieve results. Investing in the capacity of the board is key to sustained organizational success.
